Daitem wireless audio entry control kits offer a flexible solution for users requiring the convenience of a flexible and easy to use system.
This advanced access control has multiple applications. The wireless intercom facilitates the filtering of visitors, it has the option of remote listening and two way speech, remote operation of electric locks, operation of automatic gates and barriers, garage doors and lighting, up to 16 remote operations.
Wireless handsets provide full duplex digital communication, performing equally well outside as they do inside. The handset also has a direct inter-handset intercom capability for additional utility.
The handset LCD screen indicates the status of the entrance (open or closed), and provides information feedback via scrolling text. Each handset has 6 buttons along with a navigator button covered by a hinge flap. This modern design is functional but also stylish, navigating the scrolling menus on the LCD screen is very simple.
The beauty of this kit is the minimal installation and programming required. No cable is needed between the handsets and the entrances and the anti-vandal panel call point is a slim fitting surface mount, so it does not require rebating into the wall or gate post.
The handset bases allow for wall mounting or table top placement, whichever is most convenient. Both the handsets and the control box contain and integrated antennas, but they are concealed, making the units more compact and aesthetically pleasing.
Options have been built in to help personalise and expand the system. For improved ease of use, many functions are programmable. The call point is backlit, ring tones can be assigned to different entrances, and the handsets are multilingual with belt clips. The system can be expanded by adding an additional call point (up to 4 handsets per call point)
The control box and call points can be powered by mains, lithium power packs or a solar panel, all with a rechargeable battery back-up. The handsets come with built-in batteries, which can be recharged via the mains or lithium power pack bases.
As with all Daitem products, Optwin technology is included. It guarantees the security and reliability of radio transmissions. This innovative system protects all communication from interferences and jamming, serving to provide an excellent link between the outdoor caller unit and the handset. When communication begins the Optwin system selects a free radio channel. If there is any interferences on this channel, the system automatically synchronised with another, more available channel. This means you can be sure that communication will be optimal, no matter the environmental conditions.
