ViP kits by Comelit, available at Door Entry Direct

We are the largest distributor of Comelit products in the UK and today, we would like to feature their ViP kit.

It is an innovative, fully IP based video entry phone system with a single CAT5E cable installation and remote control via PC/MAC, phone and tablet.

The ViP kit can be installed in a residential project or it can be expanded and used as a base for a much larger door entry system - to use in offices, hospitals or any other type of commercial building. Such an expansion is much less difficult to the installer than the old analogue systems thanks to CAT5E cabling.

It is possible to fully manage video entry phone calls via LAN (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) due to the virtual monitor software which can be installed on PC/MAC while the free Comelit's Intercal App makes it possible to answer calls from the user's phone or tablet.

The kit can be integrated with other systems and complimented with other ViP products, such as the Comelit Planux Colour Monitor (White or Black) or the Comelit Smart video intercom monitor.
